HIRARC METHOD APPROACH AS ANALYSIS TOOLS IN FORMINGOCCUPATIONAL SAFETY HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND CULTURE

The purpose of this study is to observe and analyze the potential hazards that can cause accidents in activity lifting building materials using Tower Crane on a construction project. method used research Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment Control (HIRARC). By method, it hoped reduce number occur, find out causes accidents, establish control measures. results indicate there are 11 risks activities have accidents. Where 2 an “Extreme” level danger, namely accident with more than one person status “Urgent” so needs immediate treatment, 4 classified as “High” which need serious attention “Medium” requires special attention. conclusion companies must maintain procedures carry hazard identification, risk assessment, needed by removing water basement, grinding protective pairs, earplugs, making SOPs, scaffolding, installing covers holes, put up warning signs, cut metal floor, personnel equipment (PPE), provided first aid kit. It recommended company immediately recruit HSE experts each project company’s Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) Department only receives reports proposals will later be SOPs for next
